Excellent Machine! We had an older Jura C9 for about 10 years in our office. When it finally died, we looked for another Jura and went with the Z6. So far this has been an excellent replacement and employees have mentioned that the coffee taste better out of this Jura over the previous one. Only downside is the cost. If you can justify the cost of owning this machine at home…do it! You can program your most commonly used coffees to display on the screen for quick “ordering”. We did not opt for the milk…
