BUYER BEWARE!! This is my first review of any product – ever. I purchased this product 2 months ago and use it daily averaging 2-3 coffee drinks per day. Recently the machine stopped working properly. It grinds the coffee beans and while filling my cup with coffee it stops midstream and the display says to push a button located on top of the machine to “fill the system” (with water). Then you must restart the entire process, wasting the partially used beans which have been discarded into the coffee…
We use in small coffee shop! Love it. Bought this item direct from Jura and it was the best purchase we’ve made this year. We are using in coffee shop and LOVE it. We chose to not use the filter because we are only using filtered (non hard water) we chose the Capresso Bean (recommended) and they are amazing. Let me tell you this machine is amazing for small coffee shops.
