Despite a couple of complaints, overall an EXCELLENT coffee machine This is my third Jura Impressa machine — they last about four years. My previous models have been different, but basically the same body and general configuration (my last one was a C5.)I have had to send them back for service a couple of times, which is a real pain if you don’t keep the original box and packaging materials. Excellent Machines I’ve had two Jura Impressa semi-automatic espresso machines, a C1000 (the predecessor of the C60) and currently an E8 (which does all the same things), with a combined total of about 10 years experience with the products.
