After the initial puchase, quality seemed to drop drastically After reading some of the negative comments, I’m starting to realize they make sense. When I first purchased from this vendor, the coffee was perfect rich Illy. But after putting in a couple of repeat orders, it’s just not the same anymore and I wonder if there’s a bait and switch thing going on (even though it’s in the Illy container). Love Illy This dude shipped 6 dented cans, probably throw away from fine establishments. I tried to return, no go. Beware……I mean the coffee is the same (I hope), although one didn’t smell as fresh (I don’t think that was his/her/its fault, you can get a mangled bunch of coffee. should be cheaper if the cans look like ACE VENTURA package delivery……….
Great tasting coffee! I was thoroughly disappointed when the stores here stopped carrying my favorite brand of coffee, and was ecstatic when I found that I could purchase it through Amazon. I’ve been purchasing this brand of coffee over the years and am never disappointed. It arrives at my home in excellent condition, vacuum packed in a stainless steel container and the taste of the coffee is always the same… fresh and rich tasting, making a very satisfying cup of coffee when you desire it.
