Quick to make great coffee This is a great coffee maker. It keeps coffee hot for a long time, it’s easy to use and makes very tasty coffee. I like it but… It looks nice and sturdy. I cleaned it with vinegar before 1st use. Never had a plastic smell problem, which is a big plus. Also, it comes with a reusable mesh filter which would be a money saver as the paper cone filters aren’t cheap but we had a clogged basket. I might have been responsible for the clog but in doubt, i stopped using it. The main reason for my 3 stars is that the timer is only for 1h30 instead of 2-hr standard. Early review: Makes 12 cup, Much better than I expected. I actually liked how true it was to the 12 cup mark because most coffee makers I’ve had claim to be 10 cup and aren’t good for 8 cup. I actually tried making full 12 cup of coffee and it actually is quite accurate to that mark. Although I was skeptical about the quality, I haven’t had any issue yet.
