This one is not as good as previous ones I have been loyal to this specific product for many years. This one is not as good as previous ones. It is made out of a horrible ugly bright red, the other one was a darker red. This one seems more clunky too. I think I will get something else next time.

Don’t waste your money on this coffee maker! If I could give this coffee maker -1 star I would. I purchased this because I thought Hamilton Beach was a trustworthy brand and I really liked the looks because it was just what I was looking for. This piece of junk lasted less than a year when it quit working. The lights still came on and everything seemed normal but all of a sudden I got up one morning and found the coffee would not brew.
