Good looking, easy to get set up. We ordered two of these for our Auxiliary. They are a rather handsome pots. Easy to fill and easy to set up, easy. It was used last night, and the perk & keep warm functions work really well. However the Push to Pour spout control, I believe, will work much better with a ‘hard cup’ rather than a Styrofoam cup. Low quality, bad customer service. Don’t buy! I used this item for about 20 times.The top part got cracked and the inner part got rust stains.Since I bought it less then a year ago, I contacted Hamilton support a month ago but didn’t get any response by now.I agreed to pay extra for commercial quality but that’s not the case here.
What a piece of useless junk!! What a piece of garbage. I though I was okay after reading reviews that other people had left, say theirs stopped working. This one is still brewing coffee, but during its fourth use, the tiny wimpy plastic tab thats holds the dispenser arm in place and is no more than 1/16″ dia and no more than 1/8″ long broke off, and the coffee pot is now almost completely unusable. The fact that is says commercial grade just makes it more of a joke. Here I thought the first thing to break on…
