Great Coffee Maker, Great Price! I had a Mr. Coffee 4-cup maker. The carafe cracked. I tried to find a replacement, but they were discontinued a couple years earlier, making the coffee maker useless. I tired using a different carafe, but it did not fit causing the maker to spew coffee all around the counter. I looked for a different maker and found this one. So,so it will do the job , but with some effort & stopped working after 1 year I had higher expectation for this product.I purchased it mostly since I needed smaller size and stainless steel Carafe .However when you start pouring out of full Carafe , I always spill coffee over the edge more then needed (bad shape carafe).I also would like to have heavier bottom for this carafe, so that coffee would not burn so fast.**5/31/17 update ** product stopped working , I do not recommend it .
