Nice coffee maker = but large unit for only ‘single serve’ Very surprised to find how much larger this maker is, as compared to the Black & Decker single serve we own.
Who needs an expensive Keurig? I have had this for a month and really like it. Unless I have company I don’t need a full sized coffee pot. I wanted to be able to use my coffee for my brew and I didn’t need a gigantic Keuring for just myself. This fits the bill. It holds 40 ounces which is 4 mugs of coffee which is all I drink in a day. It also uses the prepackaged pods which I have not tried. It is easy to set up, slim and easy to use. You can remove the plastic base easily (lifts out) and put your morning commute…
Avoid this twitchy headache… The first one I received completely stopped working for no apparent reason, after brewing just four cups of coffee. The replacement is twitchy… sometimes indicates it needs water when the reservoir is full, randomly brews twice the amount of coffee and overflows the mug, etc. Moral of the story, I recommend avoiding this hassle of a purchase.
