It leaks! Insurance is a waste of money! Labeling this Amazon’s Choice is deceiving! Bought this for my husband and decided to get insurance just in case but guess that didn’t matter because after a month this coffee maker started leaking and it’s been a week since I’ve asked for a refund yet I have not heard a single word back. Stopped working after 3 weeks Do not buy this product. It stopped working after only 3 weeks. The water pump suddenly stopped extracting water from the reservoir. I tried all the trouble shooting steps in the manual. I called their customer service and at first it was not working. the next week I talked to someone, who told me someone would call me within 3 business days. 2 weeks later someone called back. I had already bought a different coffee maker by then.
