Works perfect with kcups and included ground coffee filter I almost did not buy this product due to the reviews. And I’m glad I took the chance. The Kcups do fit (after reading the instructions) I found that you have to “snap” the kcup into the kcup filter and then place the filter piece into the machine. It worked perfectly. I ended up buying a 2nd machine for my office space.
Revised to 4 stars Do not even bother with this machine. I purchased it August 9, 2017. It worked fine for two weeks. Then it started making a horrible noise, and the water stays in the resevoir except for a couple of tablespoons. My guess is that the pump broke.August 23, 2017 – Follow up. Dead unit ****Update – after less than 2 months of use, the coffee maker breaks. Water would no longer go down the reservoir so no water comes out of the spout anymore.
