  2. When buying look close for the words renew… It was a gift and when he opened it it still had a used coffee pod in it an mold too!! Not very happy about that. It should have been cleaned before re selling!!

  3. Ticked off.. I just received this coffeemaker on a Monday and on Friday found a crack in carafe. Spent 30 minutes on hold for Customer Support, only to be told it want covered by warranty . It would cost $20+ dollars to replace it. Will be returning and look for better quality coffeemaker. Remember…you get what you pay for.
