Still trying to find the right balance for taste. Simple to use, but a bit tricky to find the right balance of how much water to use and how much pressure (and speed) to apply to the plunger to get that perfect cup of JOE.If ya push the water through too fast, you get a weak taste in your cup. If you linger too long during the push downward, you will get a coffee that is just too strong. Really good product with one caveat Update: I was contacted quiet quickly after posting this review by the supplier offering me a replacement. I accepted the offer and received a replacement a week or so later. New one has not been used as yet but customer service on this product was EXCELLENT!Works very well and would normally have given it 5 stars but found a sizeable crack in the tube that holds the water yesterday.
