1. Q: The metal parts in the tank have rust.
A: The descaler is not recmmended type. It may corrode the metal parts in the tank. Use the proper descaler and do not use the strong acid and alkali descaler.
2. Q: The steam cannot froth.
(1) The steam ready indicator (green indicator) is not illuminated.
A: Only after the steam ready indicator (green indicator) is illuminated, the steam can be used to froth.
(2) The container is too big or the shape is not fit.
A: Use high and narrow cup.
(3) You have used skimmed milk.
A: Use whole milk or half-skimmed milk.
(4) The water tank is no water left.
A: Only the water tank has water, the machine can frothing. If you use up the water when you make espresso coffee, please pour proper water to the water tank.

Primarily cause I prefer strong espresso and for me cappuccinos are a good balance of milk and espresso. Good appearance but mainly plastic with some stainless steel accents. nice product, love it I used this machine to cook coffee several times. I should say this is a good machine. I bought this one just to learn how to brew my favorite coffee.
