I thought I made a good choice My first review ever, but I had to write something. The coffee is good, but doesn’t stay hot very long in the carafe. The carafe is absolutely terrible. You can’t get the last cup of coffee out of it. To get the left over coffee out for cleaning I take the lid off and shake the carafe upside down several times. An earlier review mentioned the spout. There is an opening under the lid about 1.5 inches from the spout. How could this have gotten through quality control? I wish I could sell this…

Broke after a few months of light use I’ve had it for a few months, and now the plastic water container is leaking water. Will try to replace it since it is too expensive to just throw away..
