Used them in Puerto Rico I sent two of these to my parents in Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria left them without electricity. The inverters performed perfectly. Used them to run a refrigerator, temporary lights and to recharge flashlight batteries. Power is now back on and these are now safely stored in case of another emergency.
Poor manual, poor quality As stated earlier, serious errors in the “manual”. Calling it that is a misnomer because it is a joke. Didn’t work properly out of the box. It gave a fault code on the LCD panel which I have to guess is a fuse blown warning, I have to guess because the “manual” is worthless. Fuse covers snapped right off as stated in other reviews. I checked all fuses which showed continuity so back to Amazon this one goes.I’d have to say avoid this manufacturer.
Remote Control doesn’t work Inverter purchased in March 2018. Bought to use in our RV to power an electric blanket when not hooked up to power. The inverter remote control only worked for a few month and then it stopped working. Have contacted the seller several times and at first they said they would send another remote control. After several more emails to them, they are now not answering our emails at all. I understand that this inverter is guaranteed by the seller for one year. Not very good customer service…
