These units needs to be primed before use. Pre warm the cup to keep a nice temperature of the coffee.
Troubleshooting Steps
No light indicator.
➔Check the outlet, plug, voltage, and fuse. In case of problems, call the Nespresso Club.
No coffee, no water.
➔Water tank is empty. Fill water tank.
➔ Descale if necessary; see descaling section.
Coffee comes out very slowly.
➔Flow speed depends on the coffee variety.
➔Descale if necessary; see descaling section.
Coffee is not hot enough.
➔Preheat cup.
➔Descale if necessary; see descaling section.
Capsule area is leaking (water in capsule container).
➔Position capsule correctly. If leakages occur, call the Nespresso Club.
Irregular blinking.
➔Send appliance to repair or call the Nespresso Club.
No coffee, just water runs out (despite inserted capsule).
➔In case of problems, call the NespressoClub.
Lever cannot be closed completely.
➔Empty capsule container. Make sure that no capsule is blocked inside the capsule container.
Quality of milk froth is not up to standard.
➔Use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at refrigerator temperature (about 4°C / 39°F).
Rinse after each milk recipe preparation (see page 11). Descale the machine (see page 13).
Cappuccino button shines orange.
➔Descale the machine.

One-Touch Convenience Albeit With Some Quirks It has come to my attention that there has been countless reviews both praising and being critical about the Lattissima Plus. I will be focusing on both ends of the spectrum.
Very convenient way to enjoy a quality cappuccino or macchiato I bought this machine with the intent of making cappuccino and macchiato. I already have a Pixie and since I researched that and the main thing that people complained about was that the drinks would not come out hot and just be luke warm made me go to a boutique to test that. The coffee came out perfect drinking temperature…hot but not “BURN” your tongue hot.
Nice size machine does not take too much counter space … Nice size machine does not take too much counter space and looks really nice. Like the modular design of the milk frothier I just put it in the fridge after a cup or 2. Having said all this the noise is louder than expected and the coffee is not that hot coming out of the machine. If the water/milk were a bit hotter I would give this machine another 2+ stars.So in conclusion it’s form over function and I prefer function.,
