This machine will spoil you and ruin your taste for all other coffee. I don’t even remember how many years it’s been since I bought this coffee maker. I’m writing this as I sip coffee from this fabulous machine. I do however know that I bought this after my Cuisinart died after 9 months in service, which replaced another that lasted barely any longer. So I broke the cycle and am forever thankful to having done so.
Positive, positive, positive! I can only guess that the bad experiences mentioned in the negative experiences have to do with not reading the manual. I followed the introductory steps and read all the points about the machine and my first cup thismorning wa shot and delicious! The only steam I saw was when I made the “water only” pass throughs recommended. The real brewing had no condensation on the “aroma” setting. It took about 10 minutes for 48 ounces so the preset option would help thos of you who…
