Great product, takes a few tries to make a great cup of coffee I received my Delibru 4 Pack Reusable K-Cups and these reusable k-cups have been working just fine. Like some people have mentioned in the comments, the compaction of the ground coffee is the key to making great tasting coffee. If you overfill and over-compact the coffee grounds in the k-cup, the water will not filter through the coffee and will overflow from the top of the k-cup.
