How do you get rid of the âsiltâ at the bottom of cup? Bought this as a replacement for the one that came with my Cuisinart SS-15 (which I adore BTW). The original worked fine-ish but I would be left with about a teaspoon of coffee âsiltâ at the bottom of the cup – thicker, grainier coffee that wasnât as well filtered as it should be. After tolerating it for about 18 mo (but increasingly just using Kcups so I could avoid that problem), I thought maybe I just got a faulty one and I ordered a replacement. No one elseâs reviews point to this problem…
Use your own beans We grind our own beans so this makes it easy to use them in our Cuisinart KCup machine. Best reusable cartridge I’ve found. Lid has a built in “screen” so the grounds don’t clog your upper piercing needle
this is a much better designed cup I must be a compulsive shopper as I could not find my cruisinart reusable cup and just ordered a new one… the day it arrived I found my old cup. Oh well, this is a much better designed cup… would buy again.
