Great Potential; Great Disappointment This product has the potential of being a great unit – but it isnât. The 12 cup side works in a familiar Cuisinart manner. The single serve side however is another matter. I ran through the clean process as instructed and then tried to brew a cup. The top part of the unit has a rubber grommet over the puncture pin which torn a hole half the size of the k-cup into the top. Cuisinart SS-15 12-Cup Coffee Maker & Single-Serve Brewer I’ve only had this coffee machine a week, but It is terrific. After all the cleaning processes was done, the first pot was bitter. But after that, it makes a delicious pot of coffee. I recommend doing the cleaning process twice. It’s very easy to set it up – do use the manual to do so.
