Cuisinart 12 Cup Coffee On Demand Coffee Maker IS GREAT! For the price, this is by far the best coffee maker ever made, in my opinion. I have used other “coffee on demand” brands, but the Cuisinart DCC-3000FR 12 Cup Coffee on Demand coffee maker is an all around great design. Best maker for the price! This is the second version of the no carafe coffee maker from Cuisinart. I don’t like carafes, as they are a pain to keep clean. I used the earlier version for 5 years then switched to a different maker primarily due to the initial cost of this machine. When I saw the discounted price I had to have it. Excellent coffee maker If you don’t mind not having a carafe to take to the table, this machine is the best one yet. Makes quick coffee, keeps it HOT, easy to read displays and easy to set controls. We also order the Cuisinart Gold Tone Permanent filter and it works great, no errant grounds in the coffee! 1 down side – Had to get new cups as our favs were too tall.
