  1. You think you know coffee? You don’t! 🙂 My husband thought he knew about coffee until I got him this book! He absolutely loved it and he isn’t much of a reader! He couldn’t put it down! I bought this to accompany an espresso machine to help him gain some knowledge on how to use it, what to expect and tips and techniques on making drinks. Great purchase!

  2. Lots of Geographical Filler I really like this book. It’s packed full of information, techniques, and beautiful artwork. My only problem is that a significant chunk of the book (probably 35%, if I had to guess) is filled with pages of information about the different countries around the world that produce coffee. This has its purpose, but I don’t think it necessarily belonged in this book. And if it had to be included, I think there was a better way to do it so the information is more compact, which should bring the price…

  3. Wonderfully vast coverage of magic bean juice! Uber comprehensive! I purchased as a gift for my boyfriend, who is not only a coffee aficionado, but a new coffee shop manager. I love that it has a huge selection of recipes as well as a guide to origins of aaaallll of the coffee around the world. It looks great, and it’s fun to flip through, referencing or reading for pleasure.
