Professional grade, good for the house too! I got this for home use — I know, I’m a weirdo. I’m in deep with coffee so having something like this enables me to bring it to potlucks and get-togethers and what have you. I make pour-overs into it and it’s good all day. Took me a whole hour and change to fill, but if you have a coffee machine you could easily just brew a few pots and dump in it.
Really disappointed!!! Bought this for Christmas to use on ski trip for a bunch of kids I take on the mountain each friday. I used it for the first time last week when it was my turn to bring hot chocolate. Loaded it up in my truck and put the dispenser in a rubber bin in the bed of my truck just in case in wasn’t leak proof. Unfortunately, it leaked everywhere!!!! not ideal Water seeps into the holder thing, leaving a watery, murky coffee puddle under the base. Slightly wobbly, but the main issue is the mess it leaves behind after dumping water out with the top off.
