Disappointed and Returned This unit does not have an auto-stop feature. You have to manually stop the maker, or it will run the tank dry. I prefer not to baby my coffee maker.The unit I received had been used. I know this is no fault of the manufacturer, rather Amazon. However, I didn’t like the idea of paying full price for an obviously used unit.For these reasons, I sent it back to Amazon.

Was happy to receive this little brewer today. When I got the brewer out, there was water on the sides, the coffee filter pod was soaking wet, the k-pod holder had water sitting in it, so of course, I wondered if this had been used. I bought it for new. I liked the idea of the 3 prong plug. So, was I sold a used brewer for one that is supposed to be brand new? Caynel kindly offered to send a replacement, but instead I ran several flushes thru in order to sterilize it, then made a cup of coffee. It was the BEST cup of coffee I have ever…
