The fully removable water tank and bean container are just some of the most desirable features packed into the Coffee team Pro plus line. It is widely known that fresh grinding your beans is the optimal way to prepare drip- style Coffee, but for the first time ever, the Coffee team Pro plus allows for complete access to the solid steel conical burr. The intricate design of the conical steel burrs provides for a higher gear reduction to slow down the grinding speed below 500 rpm. The slower the speed, the less heat that is imparted to the ground Coffee thus preserving maximum aroma. The two-step grind and clean process ensures no beans and minimal ground Coffee are left in the grinder after use. Fully adjustable grind and cup settings make it easy to craft the perfect brew no matter your strength preference, and the all new “oily” bean setting, and the redesigned, low friction bean container automatically compensates for slower feeding dark roasts.

Good, but not great- then what is? We had been using the previous model Capresso Grind&Brew, the CoffeeTEAM TS, for several years now and were happy to see that the manufacturer had taken user feedback to heart and created a new model that addresses some of the weaknesses of the TS.1. The Pro Plus has a removable water reservoir while the TS does not – anyone who has had stray beans fall into the TS water tank will appreciate this feature.2. The Pro Plus has a removable bean canister with a gasket-sealed…
Maybe the Best at this Price Point Despite Issues I am coming from the old Swing-type Capresso which served us well for over 12 years. I have had some major growing pains changing to this coffee maker, but I mostly like it after significant frustration given that I cannot replace my old Swing-type. If you like strong coffee, this is your huckleberry because it grinds way more coffee than the old Capresso. I have it set on the 2 cup setting using 10 cups of water, and it is still way stronger than the 4 cup setting on our old unit. As far as I…
Great machine, has some issues but overall makes a great pot of coffee that is piping hot. This machine makes really good coffee if you like your coffee on the stronger side. We had the old swing basket Capresso from years ago which was fantastic. Made in Portugal it was nice to see something not made in China. Not the case with this one. This one is made in China. We went with the very expensive Breville Grind Control, which gave us constant issues. It would not brew a 12 cup pot of coffee without overflowing the filter basket. Finally got tired of it and returned it and ordered…
