  1. Love My Bunn! I purchased the Bunn BXB Velocity Brew coffee maker to replace my old 1989 Bunn which started leaking at the bottom. Yes, 1989. My coffee pot was only a few years younger than me and I loved that thing. But, it was leaking so I thought it was done for and ordered this Bunn to replace it. 

  2. Great coffee maker, fast brewing, hot coffee. This is my first Bunn machine, I’ve used it for a week now and I like it. The brew time is very quick, 1-1.5 minutes for a half a pot. The coffee is hot and the taste is great. One of the features of this system is that you can brew a full pot of coffee in about 3 minutes. The trade off for this “time saver” is the reservoir that holds the water has to stay hot which mean that the unit is plugged in and on all the time.   3. Strong Plastic Odor – Returned I was excited to order this product because 1. it is made in America, and 2. their coffee makers are known for their quality. It was easy to set up and perform the initial cleaning. When the power was applied to the tank, however, there was a strong odor (like hot plastic).
