I have told management for years about the lack of current instructions and the lack of a light to show the water temperature is Not sure yet if it meets our needs. It does not meet our expectations with regard to ease of use. For example, there is no light to indicate when the water is hot enough to make coffee. The instructions for its use are very old and when I contacted the company for assistance I primarily got nothing more more than the comments of an expert that “You are talking to the choir. It’s great for that quick cup of coffee It is a good product( only had a week ) Have had other brands. The only thing I don’t like about this Brewer is you can’t shut the water heater part off during the day,like on other brands. the water sits in there and heats all day and night. Do like the style and it does fit under my cabinet nicely. It’s really nice to have when company comes. Or like us we have 3 coffee drinkers and all make it different strengths.
Works great for our church! I purchased this for my church, which replaced inadequate equipment. This brewer makes great coffee, you can leave it plugged in 24/7 without any issues (it is like a water heater), and brews great coffee with ease. If it is in your budget, don’t see why you would search for anything else.
