awesome 🙂 this thing is awesome! BUT remember it STAYS ON ALL THE TIME. the internal heater is ALWAYS ON so it’s ready to pour. be aware of this! you will need to unplug it if you actually want it to be “Off” ever. the switches ONLY control the heating pads.And yes, I use this at home. We use it every day. Don’t really need the extra top warming pad, but eh, it’s nice when we have a party or a lot of people over to brew an extra pot.

Continued reliability and shipping that was faster than promised. I had one of my commercial BUNN units die yesterday. I’m already sold on the brand, they last a long time if you keep them clean and use the rod. The other units I have are 12-20 years old, they all work great. This new unit performs as expected to no surprise. What WAS a surprise was it was due to arrive in 2 days……it arrived in 1 day…..I ordered it early afternoon and it arrive the next morning. I’m impressed with the vendor / shipper.
