Love this…except… Product came as described – jar with nice tight lid, chalkboard type lable, and a chalk pen (great touch!), metal sieve for coffee grounds…I was in love! UNTIL I tried to tighten the loose PLASTIC spigot that came included. It doesn’t tighten and therefore when you try to use it the entire spigot unit moves making it impossible to turn the plastic lever to dispense coffee.
