So far so good… We purchased this coffee maker just couple weeks ago. So far Its working as described and brews coffee well. However I would have preferred a window on the side to show water level, instead this coffee maker has numbered steps inside the water chamber to measure cups.
Brew is stymied by pause and serve flow valve Received the Brim Trio Multi Brew System as a gift. The carafe and the pause & serve flow valve do not touch, thus the coffee cannot flow into the carafe. I have attempted to get clarification from the company and look for replacement carafes and flow valves to remedy this situation. No luck. Any ideas?
