  1. Simple Process; great coffee I very seldom write reviews, but in this case I wanted to share how simple and low key this coffee maker is — a real bonus in ease-of-use for pour-over fans.To start: The maker comes with a metal reusable cone filter, but I use brown paper cone filters instead, because I really dislike the feel of coffee grounds on my hands, and the mess that they can make when trying to clean reusable filters or press machines. So in the past few years I’ve been doing pour-over coffee, one cup…

  2. Real Deal Auto Pour Over Maker Very impressed with this maker. I’ve been actually humbled by a few people who choose the coffee from this maker over my hand poured coffee. The same people have previously claimed my hand made pour over coffee in the is the best they’d ever had…so I guess it’s really something this machine won their taste test. This is the real deal and will update this review if something goes south. So far this machine has exceeded my expectations, which I can sadly admit are snobbishly high for coffee.

  3. Strong hot plastic smell!! Ran 12 cleaning cycles to try to get rid of the hot plastic smell. Still smells. Even the clean water in the glass carafe smells like the plastic. Will try a couple more days, and see if it gets any better. Why can’t manufacturers just keep plastic parts away from the heated elements?
