Don’t believe the negative reviews, try it for yourself. This is one of those products that is either a love it or hate it. Well, I love it. The water in our area is mildly hard, but full of magnesium which leaves a brown residue on everything over time. Brew Rite is the only cleaner I’ve found that can deal with this problem. really good coffee pot cleaner Brew Rite is the best product I’ve found to thoroughly clean my Gaggia single cup on demand coffee pot. For years, I found it at Walmart, but Amazon is the only place I’ve found it now. The price on Amazon is twice as much as I paid at Walmart, but I pay it because it’s the absolute best.
Works better than anything on the market! I have tried several different coffee cleaners, and they were all disappointments. Heavy coffee oils coated the inside of my stainless carafe and nothing I tried would get it clean. To use, I just brewed hot water into the carafe, mixed up the appropriate amount of Brew Rite Coffee Maker Cleaner, and let it sit for at least an hour.
