Good Coffee, No Refilling Of A Resovoir. I installed this coffee maker a few weeks ago (it’s 12/17/17), plumbed into my reverse osmosis filtered water supply.
Great coffee pot. Convenient but installation is not as simple as the company implies Feb 2017 Update – had a small issue with the coffee draining into the pot. Turned out it was the type of grounds I was using, but the customer service was prompt and helpful. They even mailed out a replacement part to see if that fixed it. I’ve given this another star for the great US based customer service.
