Poor ergonomics I bought this unit because I have had Braun coffee makers in the past and been generally happy with them. This is a sleek 10 cup unit and makes a good cup of coffee, although a bit slower than most. The controls are well organized in a row and are intuitive, except for the “power” button that requires a two step process to brew the coffee. dribble dribble dribble, spill-but the coffee tastes good! Coffee it makes tastes good. Steps for pouring coffee: remove pot, press lid lever, dribble on counter while pouring in cup, get towel and wipe up spilled coffee on counter. Also, don’t bother trying to fill the reservoir with the carafe too clumsy to get the water in the reservoir without spilling on the counter (keep that towel handy!). Nice coffee maker! While this coffee maker has room for improvement in a couple of areas, it is a fantastic machine and I would highly recommend it if/when it’s on sale!The good:1.
