  1. What’s to complain? I am sure that you could buy fancier presses, but I don’t see how they could work any better than this. Makes up to three mugs of French Press coffee. Easy to clean (as French Press goes). Simple and easy to store.Some complain that the screen/filter does not go all the way to the bottom, so that they can’t froth milk in it.   3. Thin glass, leaks water out the bottom, might be counterfeit. I ordered this after mine broke. I suspect this might be counterfeit. the glass is very thin compared to the one I originally bought. First strange thing I noticed is that it came without the Bodum box. Not only that, but whoever packed it just threw it into the box — no, bubble wrap, or peanuts. It was rolling around in the box. I am surprised it didn’t break on its way here.
