  1. Design leaves a bit to be desired I installed this and used it for awhile in order to give a better review. The installation was easy. The instructions require some very specific needs (ie, flat bottom cabinets) which you don’t need. My cabinets are typical of most – about a 1/2 inch lip around the edge. But I was still able to install with out issue.As noted in other reviews – it does leak. But only when the reservoir is over filled. You can ONLY fill to the 8 cup max.   2. Disgusting. As I undertook the repacking process myself This appliance was ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. I took it to my house at the shore on a Saturday to replace the ancient one that we have used for years. I unpacked it and went through the installation process successfully. Plugged it in, and NOTHING. Won’t turn on. Tried a different plug, and nothing. Tried calling warranty service, but of course they aren’t open.   3. Installation problems Construction a lot cheaper than previous models. Too bad everything is made in China. First space maker sent had installation mounting problem. One of the mounting nuts on unit fell inside the unit and couldn’t be retrieved. I worked with the manufacturer help desk and it was decided since it was brand new to send me another unit. The new unit arrived and the same thing happened, one of the mounting nuts fell into the unit. So, I tore apart the first unit, manufacturer didn’t want it back, and…
