best Bialetti? These days I make cafe au lait, and I use my old 10-cup Bialetti Class (not imported nowadays). I got the 6-cup Kitty for weekends at the relatives. I must usually make 2 pots (for 2 people) but it is certainly a step up from the Class. Of the current steel makers, only the Kitty has all-steel lid and insulated steel handle. Less than one (1) week of use and the handle came right off! I washed it after use, by hand as I love to wash it with lemon juice & vinegar to preserve the polished shine which helps remove the oils left behind by the coffee, and then I let it dry on the dish strainer.
