LOVE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS Y’all, this company understands customer satisfaction. First let me review the actual product:I love this little coffee maker. I’d say it makes a perfect amount for one large cup of coffee (or two small cups), but you’d probably want to size up if you want to make two large (12-16 oz) cups. The metal filter is well made, and I don’t get any grounds in my coffee. It’s also super easy to wash (I don’t ever have a problem with grounds getting stuck in the holes, which was one of my fears)…

Way better than the cup toppers This was my second pourover device. My first was one of the little ceramic cup-toppers. I love this thing so much, really. I had trouble my first few times until I realized you’re supposed to poke a little hole in the middle before pouring. Weak, medium, or jet-fuel strong, I’ve been able to make any strength with just about any grind. I do recommend using a fine grind. You’ll get a little silt in the bottom but the water just glides through. You can always use a paper filters with it if that…
