Nice construction, well insulated! This is not only a perfectly functional press but is absolutely beautiful as well! I have used a glass and copper one for years, and always liked it, but it was several pieces that all kind of snapped together. The more I used it and washed it, the more it got loose. This is one solid piece from the handle to the carafe, and it has a very modern design! No plastic or aluminum This met all my requirements. I was looking for something non-toxic, first and foremost, so I loved that this is entirely stainless steel, with no plastic or aluminum components. It doesn’t require me to keep buying paper filters. It definitely won’t break, unlike my delicate Bee House ceramic dripper that was dropped on the kitchen floor this summer. And I really like the aesthetic.
Hot cup of coffee This is the first coffee press I have owned but it feels like it is durable and it makes a great hot cup of coffee. The biggest issue I have with it is I can’t see the amount that is inside it to know to make more. But the upside to that is no breakable glass.
