Carafe fragile, but EXCELLENT customer service Beautifully designed carafe but very fragile. Broke it the second time I washed it (by hand) just using a bottle brush. BUT before I could even complete the return process, the owner sent me a replacement with a personal, handwritten note on elegant stationery! Talk about great brand consistency… I am now keeping my new Brocca carafe on a small waffle weave silicone hot pad to protect it on the refrig shelf and granite counter.
Best cold brew coffee maker!! I use it both as a tea infuser and cold brew maker and it works amazing! The lid is airtight by itself, you just have to transfer the silicone from the filter to the lid once the brewing is complete (I didn’t know this until I read the instructions). Super easy to clean, I always wash the glass part by hand but I put the filter in the dishwasher to get it sparkling clean!
