Pretty pods Love my pretty pods, they are more than pretty. They are functional. Love it. It could only be better if they had sparkles/bling/prints ie polka dots, stripes and/or if them in the carafe cup size (we are coffee monsters). What can I say I’m a sucker for anything pretty, cute and usefulUseful because I can use these pretty pods in my keurig 2.0 to strain the nectar of the coffee bean, tea leaf or cocoa bean into my morning mug. I can color code them, one for each type, flavor, and a color…
Cute, but they don’t work, I have used several kinds of coffee pods because I hate the idea of filling up the landfills with unnecessary plastic. So much about these pods is wonderful….the price, the colors, the opener tab….but they DON’T WORK! The design doesn’t have enough screening to let the hot water pass through. The bottom of each cup is solid and the cute dolphin pattern on the sides does not compensate for that. The resulting cup of coffee is only half the volume it should be, thus wasting a lot of coffe…
Do yourself a favor and pass these by. I bought these because of the price but now regret it. I have had them for less than three months and the plastic has become brittle and pieces have broken off. Also, they don’t have a place for the coffee to brew through the bottom as well as the sides so the coffee just dribbles through – taking about a minute and a half to make one cup. Very frustrating. They are bright and fun but do yourself a favor and pass them up for cups that have mesh on the sides and bottom.
