All of the thermal carafe dispenser have heat insulation tests prior to shipment, however, some carafes may be damaged during the long distance transportation, which will affect the heat insulation effect.

1. Carafe’s body hot to touch when you filled with hot liquid.
2. The silicone stopper can not cover the mouth competely.
3. There will be noise when you shake the carafe.
