Works as well as our usual brand We usually use Melitta coffee filters for our coffee pour over, but we figured we’d give these filters a try because we found the product description amusing. Do take a moment to read the claims of the product description. I’m not sure that these filters hold the grounds any more aggressively than the Melitta filters, but I feel safer knowing that the filter is there to “aggressively hold” the coffee grounds to protect my “delicious dark liquid” from being tainted by coffee grounds. Work great, very inexpensive These vary slightly from my usual paper filter, as my usual ones have micro-perforations one can see if holding it up to the light. Maybe that’s a marketing thing more than a functional thing, but it’s the brand I can easily get locally.
